So who loves field trips? I know I do! So on Thursday May 30th I am going on a field trip with my FFP class. I really like going on field trips because they are usually a lot fun. I am excited to go on this field trip because I don't really go on many.

I remember when I was back in elementary school I use to go on lots of trips with my class. I remember going to at least six field trips a year, and they were a lot of fun. Now that I am in high school, I'm lucky if I get to go twice a year. I am in a FFP class, and I'm starting to go on a few field trips, thank you Ms. Lillie for that! I hope this field trip I'm going on is going to be a lot of fun!

So do you guys like going on field trips? Do you go on many? Are field trips fun for you? Do you have good memories of field trips? What's the best field trip you have ever been on?

So this weekend is Victoria day, also known as the May Two-Four long weekend. I don't really have any plans for the long weekend, hopefully I get to do something fun. I think I might be staying home for this long weekend, usually I go visit some family members from out of town but I don't think that's going to be happening this year. I will probably end up going to Victoria park to see the firework display with my family. Sometimes when I am lucky, I get to go to my neighbors house and watch them set off some fireworks, and we have hot chocolate and snacks.

So what are you guys doing for the long weekend? Are you setting off some fireworks? Are you leaving town to celebrate with other family members? Are you going somewhere special? Or are you just staying home for this long weekend?

Yesterday was mother's day, and I had a great time celebrating it with my family. My mother got a new bathroom set of towels from my brother and I, she loved them. We are planning on doing our bathroom over so she needed a new bathroom set. So for mother's day I made my mom breakfast, I made her eggs, toast, and sliced tomato. Since I made the breakfast, my brother had to do the dishes!

Then we got invited over to my aunts for mother's day, we usually celebrate everything together, even our grandparents. We went over there mostly because my aunt and dad wanted to treat their mom to dinner, for once we had Chinese food, and we usually have home cooked meals. It was a lot of fun visiting them; we all had a great time. Next time we got to go back for father's day, I can't wait! I love spending time with my family, I know this sounds sad to stay but you never know if you will see them again.

So what did you guys do on mothers day? Did you spend time with your family? Did you make your mom breakfast? What did you get your mom? Did you spend it with other family members?

Just recently on the news there were three women that have been found after ten years. So if you guys never heard about this, I am going to be blogging about it today. So let me take you guys back ten years ago, there were three women taken by men while coming home from their high schools and some from their jobs. These young women had families and friends and have been taken right out of the world and hidden. They were locked up in a basement for ten years, and had been repeatedly raped, and there had been five babies involved and there were three miscarriages.

Then one day there one of the girls had enough staying in the basement and tried to kick the door down, but she couldn't because she was weak. While this woman was trying to kick the door down, a man heard all of this kicking and screaming form the door and came running to see what was going on, and he asked "what's wrong", and she said "I have been locked up in here for a long time and I want out", so when he heard that he helped her kick down the door and let her call the police.

So what would you guys have done? Would you have kicked down the door? Would you try to escape earlier? How would you feel if you were hidden from the world for ten years? Would you have made some sort of escaping plan?

So do you guys like sleep? I know I do! So if you haven't already guessed today's blog is going to be about sleeping. So I don't just like sleep, I love it! I really hate having to wake up to get ready for school in the morning, but don't get me wrong I like going to school, I just hate the fact that we need to get up early to go there, not to mention those people who get up extra early because they live far away from school.

It's really hard to get up out of the nice warm bed from sleeping in it all night. I don't know why, but like to go to bed late at night on a school night, but I do the exact opposite on the weekend, it's weird, I know. I think that's just the teenager in me, we like to stay up late and sleep in all day. When I was younger, I had family coming in from out of town to stay with us, and they liked to stay up late, so I thought that I could stay up late with them, but that didn't work out very well because I got sick. I don't know why, but when I was younger and stayed up late I got sick. I don't know why I do that to myself, I stay up late and make myself tired in the morning, and the funny thing is, I keep saying I am going to bed early tonight so I'm not tired in the morning, but I still do it anyways. I guess I never learn.

So do you guys like you sleep? Do you stay up late at night on school nights? When do you guys go to bed? Do you get up early? Do you like to get up early for school?

So today's blog is going to be about home. Everyone has their own definition of home, and I am going to be talking about what home means to me. I'm guessing a lot of you would say home is where you live, but I think it is much more than that. Although I think a lot of us have been told what home is, this is what it means to me.

Growing up I always thought home was where you lived, whether it was a house or an apartment. As I got older I started to think what home actually was? So I asked my dad one day what home means to him, and he said to me, home is where your family is. When my dad told me that, I thought really hard about it, so is that what home really is, is it where your family is? So I thought some more, and he was right, home isn't just some place you live, it's where your family is no matter where you are.

So what does home mean for you guys? Is it a place you live in? Have you ever thought about what home was? Is it where your family is?

So do you guys like nail polish? I know I do! I love all different types of nail polish, especially sparkly nail polish. The only thing I hate about the sparkly nail polish is when I go to remove it, it sometimes goes onto my skin and then I need to remove it from there which makes a mess. I like all types nail polish, the only thing I'm not too fond of is the yellow neon nail polishes, maybe it's just the one I have used, but I'll have to try another yellow neon nail polish but a different brand, but I do like the other neon nail polishes.

So I like doing my nails, but sometimes I get frustrated when it doesn't turn out the way that I would like it to. Like sometimes when I go to do the other hand while the other one is wet, I'll go to grab the brush and my hand hits something and then it messes up. Sometimes my mom makes me do the dished while my nails are wet, and then it messes up to. Also sometimes when I think that my nails are dry and I go to do something with my hands and it messes up.

So yesterday I did my nails, and it was called "coral reef". I really like this color, it looks like a cross between peach and hot pink. I have always wanted to try bright color nail polishes, which this one I am wearing is. Nail polish can really make an outfit "pop", you could be wearing a solid color (like a dress) and that bright nail polish can make it stand out. I really do like my nail polishes.

There is something called good change, and bad change. Recently there has been a lot of change in my life, and it feels really weird. I hope that this change is for the better. Change is sort of scary for me, and I'm nervous for what might happen. I guess anything changing in people's lives can be scary, even if it's a little change.

Nothing really changes in my life, and if it does it's something small and easy to bare. I guess the reason being is it's not me its happening to, it's everyone that is close to me, and the changes are big. Like my mom getting a new job, that's major because the place she worked before, she worked there a long time, and now she is leaving. My friends and family are getting into new relationships, and it's hard to adjust to that because it's something I'm not use to. Lastly, I'm starting to see as I get older the changes I am going to face, and things need to change in order for life to go on, but it's just really hard for that to get through to my brain.

Is change scary for you guys? Do you have change going on right now? Does it feel weird that it's happening to you? Do you feel out for sorts when change does happen? Is change something you can cope with? How do you think of change, good or bad?

So today's blog is going to be about shoes. So here is a little fact about me, I love shoes. I love all sorts of shoes, from flats to heels. I especially love them with BLING, I love bling on prettying much any type of clothing. So now that the warm weather is here, I can pull out my spring and summer shoes from my closet.

So today I decided to wear white shoes with a bow on them, but here is the catch, the bows are full of bling! To go along with my white blinged out shoes, I am wearing a plad dress with the colors blue, yellow and white. I like this dress, it really suits me. To accessorize with what I am wearing, I decided to wear pearl earrings, and a snake golden color bracelet. I think it pulls the outfit together.

So do any of you girls or guys out there like shoes? What is your number one clothing item? Do you accessorize with what you wear? Do any of you like bling on your clothing? What do you guys like to wear?

So tomorrow is the first day of May! I am so excited for it; I am tired of this rainy April weather, as you can tell from my April showers blog! I can't wait till we have our nice summer weather. I am happy that we only have two more months of school left! It's kind of hard to believe that we start are senior years in the fall!

I can't believe that we are so close to finishing high school, it is actually scaring me. I really hope that I can pursue a career in either acting or in baking. I hope that I get lucky and land either of those jobs, the problem with that is I don't really have anyone that can help me get in the direction. I hope that one day something will happen and I can get a good job that I love to do right to retirement. I am praying!

So are you happy to be getting out of the horrible weather? Are you excited for the summer? Are you nervous about graduation? Do you know what you want to do for a career? Do you think the career that you chose will be something you do for the rest of your life?

AD BLOG IT!
